电气研发总工程师：

岗位描述：2人

1、组织研究最新产品的技术发展方向，主持制定技术发展战略规划;

2、主持新产品项目所需的设备选型、试制、改进以及生产线布局等工作;

3、研究决策公司技术发展路线，规划公司产品;

4、指导、审核项目总体技术方案，对各项目进行最后的质量评估;

职位要求：
精通各种电气结构、电气电路，熟悉各种电气标准，有十年以上电力设备行业工作经验，熟悉质量管理体系，熟悉高低压配电柜的全套制造工艺流程。

1、 电器电弧理论与高压开关电器设计技术、电器智能化技术；

2、高压电器设备在线监测技术（尤其是利用光纤传感器进行测试的技术）；成套开关柜设计技术；

3、电子式电压／电流互感器测试与设计技术；

4、微电网控制技术、配用电网通信与系统集成技术。
