Job Description

Design an d develop chemical analytical instrument new technologies an d functionality that fits customer application. Perform theoretical research an d development on gas Ｃhromatograph techniques. Create customer mechanical structures to first prove the feasibility, an d finally the practicality of the approach being followed to meet the design goals. Produce all documentation required for its fabrication by the manufacturing groups. Carries out analysis an d evaluations of successive version of hardware to ensure that fundamentals are fully understood, basic problems are solved an d that the design is sufficiently robust to avoid future problems due to expected variations in component / environmental parameters. Assists in integration, evaluation, modification of overall instrument / system. Provide tested functional hardware for same. Ensures that all documentation is accomplished an d in proper form including any important component specifications. Work with manufacturing team to bring new products into production an d provide technical supports to maintain production.

Qualifications

PhD in mechanics Ｏr mechatronics Ｏr related scientific discipline.Demonstrate strong academic research capability in the areas of fluid mechanics, thermal physics an d control theory. Solid knowledge in material science an d material property. Familiar with CAE an d CAD SW to facilitate research an d design, like Pro/E, Solidworks, Ansys, Nastran, etc. Complex industrial product design experience an d skill in fabrication process. Strong verbal an d written English an d Chinese communication skills. Demonstrate flexibility, creativity an d initiative to perform successfully in a rapidly changing environment. Demonstrate open minded an d quick learning capability. Demonstrate good interpersonal skill an d planning capability to achieve result. Ability to communicate needs, plans an d achievements at all levels of a corporate organization. Demonstrate analytical problem solving skills.
